Primary Duties:

Provides Rehabilitation Care to Cardiac and Pulmonary patients through the use of monitoring equipment, exercise, and education.

Qualifications:

C.N.A  certification or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by NBRC required or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Licensed by the State of Illinois as required. Requires Illinois Registered Nurse License for Cardiac RN. Or for Exercise Specialist must have a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education or related field required with one-year experience in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation preferred. ACLS certified prior to hire preferred, required within 90 days.  BLS required.  Recertify BLS and ACLS as required.
