Primary Duties:

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs mechanical equipment and machines.  Maintains building structure and fixed equipment.  Assists with grounds as needed.  Participates in developing methods to prevent recurring electrical and structural problems.  Reads and interprets blue prints or specifications related to building structure and equipment.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED equivalent.  Requires working knowledge of mechanics and building trades.  Prefer trade school graduate.  Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
