About
Christine is a Licensed Physical Therapist and has been working at IVCH/St. Margaret’s Health-Peru since June 2009. She graduated from Bradley University in Peoria with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences in May, 2006 and then with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in May 2009. She currently serves as the Rehabilitation Coordinator for Rehabilitation Services in Peru.
Christine received her certification in LSVT BIG, which is a treatment technique used with patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. She is also a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist which is a nationally recognized credential. With this credential she is a distinguished clinician in rehabilitation for patients who have had either an acute or chronic stroke. Christine has further training in pelvic floor rehabilitation. She did her coursework through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and can treat both men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction.
Christine is originally from Jerseyville, IL and moved to the Illinois Valley in 2009. She is married with 3 children, and enjoys traveling, “glamping” in her family’s RV, hiking, biking and spending time with family and friends.
