About
Sara is a Physical Therapist who has been working for IVCH/St. Margaret’s Health-Peru since June 2013. She studied at Bradley University for both her Bachelor of Science (2009) and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2013). GO BU!
She is a Certified Aquatic Therapist through The Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute and enjoys the warm-water setting for various types of patient care. She also has special interest in pre and post-natal care for Women’s Health populations as well as patient’s rehabbing for Orthopedic, Chronic Illness, or Chronic Pain. She is committed to enhancing her knowledge and clinical skills to maintain the best level of care through continuing education coursework.
Sara grew up in the Illinois Valley and is a true Red Devil at heart. She is happy to raise her 2 children, with her husband, in the area while supporting patient care in the Illinois Valley. She enjoys traveling various places to put her toes in the sand and watch a good sunrise or sunset, yoga and various types of exercises and workout challenges, and spending quality time with family and friends.
