St. Margaret's Auxiliary Scholarships
Requirements/Criteria
- Employee or immediate family member of an employee of St. Margaret’s Health, who is enrolled in a medical-related field at any college.
- Applicant must be a student accepted/attending college with an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Scholarship money is made out to the college recipient is attending/accepted to.
- Not a previous Auxiliary Scholarship recipient

Before beginning this application, please note you’ll be asked to upload or provide the following as part of this application process:
- AT LEAST THREE LETTERS OF REFERENCE from a teacher, counselor, employer, supervisor or clergy (no letters from relatives).
- OFFICIAL LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE INTO THE MEDICAL FIELD, IF NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED) from the educational institute you will attend.
- PROFILE OF YOURSELF – Include a short essay describing your reasons for having chosen to pursue a career in healthcare, qualifications for this scholarship, your goals and any additional information or comments you would like to offer (Limit to one page, typed).
- An OFFICIAL COPY OF HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT, plus any available copies of scholastic aptitude and achievement test scores.
Brian Lamps Memorial Physical Therapy Scholarship
