Scope of Responsibility:

Responsible for assisting in the facilitation of department operations and staff to insure departmental efficiency, and according to specified procedures.  Coordinate efforts with the Director of Patient Access in implementing new programs and procedures to improve services to both internal and external customers.  Assist in developing departmental goals and objectives.  Ensure all personnel are utilizing time and resources in the best interest of the department.  Assist with employee training, instruction and development.  Perform Registration Clerk duties.  This position is considered 30% assistant management and 70% registration clerk.

Requirements:

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent; Some college coursework preferred; At least 1 year direct supervisory experience.
